Products and orders
We aim to describe and display products accurately, but colours can vary by screen. Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as unavailable stock, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment failure or delivery restrictions. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
Prices and payment
Store prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Shipping, duties and applicable taxes are shown or described at checkout where available. You must provide current, complete and accurate billing and delivery information.
Made-to-order goods
Our products are generally produced after purchase. Processing and delivery estimates are provided in the Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and cancellation requests are handled under the Refund and Returns Policy and mandatory consumer law.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, interfere with its security or operation, upload harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.
Intellectual property
The GalastyX name, branding, graphics, product artwork, photographs, copy and site content are owned by or licensed to GalastyX. They may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without written permission except as permitted by law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GalastyX is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, without limiting mandatory rights available to consumers in another jurisdiction.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
