Made-to-order processing
GalastyX pieces are produced after an order is placed. Production normally takes 2–5 business days before dispatch. This estimate may be longer during launches, holidays or unusually high demand.
Delivery rates and estimates
Available delivery methods, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout for your address. UAE standard delivery is free when the order subtotal is more than USD 110 after discounts. We also ship internationally to destinations supported at checkout.
Delivery estimates begin after production and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, carrier disruption, weather and events outside our reasonable control can cause delays.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Allow a short period for the carrier to activate the tracking link.
Addresses and failed delivery
Check your delivery address carefully before placing the order. Contact us immediately if it is wrong. Once an order is dispatched, we may not be able to change or redirect it. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, an unclaimed parcel or repeated delivery attempts may be the customer's responsibility.
International duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged by the destination country and are normally the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, check with household members, neighbours and the carrier first, then contact us. If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email photos and your order number to galastyxclothing@gmail.com.
